After the 2024 Met Gala on Monday in New York City, several celebrity guests opted to continue the fun at the many after parties that followed the fashionable event.

Emily Ratajkowski cohosted her own soiree in an embroidered sheer minidress from Givenchy‘s spring 1998 collection. Janelle Monáe, covered in googly eyes, wore a minidress from Area for Richie Akiva’s 10th annual “The After” Met Gala party. Kendall Jenner was seen in two different looks and more stars swapped their glamourous gowns for cocktail dresses to keep the celebration going.

Ahead, WWD is breaking down some of the Met Gala 2024 after party looks.

Jenner’s second after party look paid homage to the night’s preference for vintage fashions with a dress designed by Alexander McQueen for Givenchy’s spring 1997 collection. The look featured a structured feather-like bodice molded from bright white leather paired with an airy high-low skirt in a milky shade of ivory satin.

After arriving on the Met Gala 2024 red carpet in a full-length sheer gown from Atelier Versace’s fall 2001 collection, Ratajkowski doubled down on the sheer trend at the Après Met 2 Met Gala after party. She cohosted the event with Carlos Nazario, Francesco Risso, Paloma Elsesser, Raul Lopez and Renell Medra.

For the occasion, the model donned a sheer black minidress designed by Alexander McQueen for Givenchy’s spring 1998 collection. The garment was adorned in colorful embroidery and finished with a matching beaded fringe trim.

Janelle Monáe used the Met Gala 2024 after party as an excuse to don a whimsical googly eye-adorned ensemble from Area. The star’s look was completely constructed from varying sizes of the kitschy craft item including her chain-link top, miniskirt and matching shoes and accessories.

Cardi B arrived at her own after party, which she cohosted with Revolve and Fwrd, in a bold red gown from Revolve Atelier. The rapper’s look, which featured a bustier-inspired bodice and figure-hugging skirt, was constructed with a lace-up corset, ruched waistline and long train.

Coco Rocha’s bold after party look, made entirely from a vibrant fusha tulle, was designed by Zac Posen. The model’s dress, which used the airy textile to play with volume and texture, was layered with a crisscross bodice that pooled into a voluminous mermaid hemline. Additionally, the gown used short segments of tulle to create an elongated feathered sleeve.
