Lisa Rinna attended the 2024 Fashion Los Angeles Awards in Beverly Hills on Sunday. The actress and beauty entrepreneur was joined by other high-profile guests like Sarah Michelle Gellar, Doja Cat and more for the red carpet event.
For the occasion, Rinna took inspiration from the New York Fashion Week runway. The Rinna Beauty founder wore a dress from the Wiederhoeft fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection, which made its runway debut in February. The look featured a soft pink, long-sleeve dress with rows of black ribbons adorning the frock from the bodice to the hem.
The dress also featured translucent gems in the shape of tear-drops running down the front of the dress. Rinna’s hair was styled in a slicked back fashion, and her makeup featured bold eyes and a pink lip to match the hue of the dress. She completed the look with a pair of pointed-toe black pumps with rhinestone detailing.
“A lot of these styles are very fantastical, but very grounded in those intimate experiences I’m having with clients in the changing room, which is where people are so vulnerable and you get to the bottom of their desires,” Jackson Wiederhoeft, the designer behind the fashion label, told WWD backstage at the New York Fashion Week show.
Bows were featured as a subtle motif throughout Wiederhoeft’s whimsical fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection. Designs were described in WWD’s review of the collection as “an evolution of signature ideas or those he looked back on to interpret for the present, such as crochet, which first appeared 13 collections ago.”
Rinna herself has taken the same approach to evolving a “signature idea” when it comes to beauty. “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star recently debuted her beauty brand’s new collection of under eye patches designed to cool and soothe the delicate under-eye area.
“What inspired me to experiment with under eye patches is that I have worn them in my career for years now, and I’ve really, really tried all kinds,” Rinna told WWD. “So, I got to find out what I liked, what I didn’t like, and I put it all together and made ones that were everything that I loved.”
