Founder and CEO Nancy Jacobson confirmed the move, citing the absence of viable candidates capable of mounting a successful campaign for the White House.
Jacobson stated, “No Labels is ending our effort to put forth a Unity ticket in the 2024 presidential election,” emphasizing the group’s commitment to supporting candidates with a realistic path to victory.
Despite reportedly approaching several potential contenders, including Chris Christie, Nikki Haley, Larry Hogan, and Senator Joe Manchin, the organization failed to secure suitable nominees.
