Flydubai has partially resumed its flights from Dubai International Airport as of 10:00 am today, April 17. A number of selected departure flights will operate from Terminal 2 at Dubai International Airport, with scheduled flights resuming after 20:00 (Dubai time), while flights from Terminal 3 are scheduled to resume after midnight.
The company said: “Due to the impact of the current weather conditions in the UAE on our operations and the ongoing current road conditions, more flights have been canceled today. We are working as hard as we can to return to our normal flight schedule and minimize impacts on our passengers’ travel schedules to reach their final destinations safely. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these weather conditions.”
Updated advice for travellers:
- Passengers whose reservations have been canceled will be contacted to receive a full refund of their tickets.
- Travelers are advised to proceed to Dubai International Airport only after confirming that their flight will be operated by checking the flight status section on the carrier’s website.
- Travelers who booked through a travel agent are advised to contact them directly for refund or rebooking options.
