SZA Models Quay’s ‘Playful and Stylish’ Spring Sunglasses, Kicks Off Contest to See Her Concert at Governors Ball

SZA is Quay’s latest celebrity spokesmodel. The sunglass brand has tapped the Grammy-winning singer for its spring 2024 edit, which displays this season’s must-have styles.

“When I think of Quay, I think confident, playful and stylish,” SZA said in a statement. “This edit with Quay has been an incredible opportunity to partner on. Self-expression is in our nature — I hope fans feel empowered to make their own rules and find styles that resonate with all the different sides of them.”

SZA models some of Quay’s bestselling styles including TTYL, a Y2K-inspired rimless frame with an apricot-tinted lens, and her personal favorite, On Set, a studded, wraparound shade featuring a gold frame and a gradient lens.

“We are thrilled to team up with SZA for this exclusive edit,” David Adamson, Quay’s chief marketing officer, said in a statement. “Our brand was born in the music festival scene, so collaborating with a unique talent like SZA was an undeniable and natural expression of the brand. SZA brings a level of creativity and a signature style to everything she touches. The SZA edit is no exception.”

To mark the partnership, Quay will also give away five sets of two tickets for customers to win the chance to see SZA’s headlining performance at the Governors Ball Music Festival on June 9. Additional details will be posted on Quay’s Instagram in the coming weeks.

Founded in 2004, Quay has partnered with celebrities including Paris Hilton and Lizzo to create their own limited-edition eyewear capsules.

The SZA edit will be available for purchase online via Quay’s website,, and at select retail partners starting Wednesday.
